All payments made towards AURIX International Corporation’s awards, recognitions, applications, nominations, magazine features, media services, podcast opportunities, events or other services are non-refundable once the payment has been successfully processed, except where a refund is expressly required under applicable law or specifically approved by AURIX International Corporation.

Submission of an application or payment constitutes acceptance of the applicable terms, conditions and cancellation policy.

2. AWARD & RECOGNITION POLICY

All nominations and applications are subject to the applicable eligibility criteria, screening, evaluation and selection process of AURIX International Corporation.

Submission of an application does not guarantee selection, nomination, shortlisting, winning or recognition.

AURIX International Corporation reserves the right to reject or discontinue an application where the submitted information does not meet the applicable requirements.

3. HONORARY DOCTORATE POLICY

Honorary Doctorate and other honorary recognitions are subject to eligibility, evaluation and selection procedures determined by AURIX International Corporation.

An honorary recognition is not an academic degree, educational qualification or UGC-recognised doctoral degree and must not be represented as such.

4. RECORDS POLICY

All record applications are subject to the applicable record guidelines, evidence requirements, verification procedures and review process.

Submission of an application does not automatically establish or guarantee a record. Recognition is granted only after the applicable evidence has been reviewed and the achievement has been formally verified.
